A quick jaunt from downtown and Armature Operates, Rob Akins and Tony Tarosky moved to Tampa Heights in 2019 to satisfy their walkable urban life style. However, their customized-crafted dwelling turned a place in itself with its pool-centric layout and modern-day, eclectic design.
“It’s unquestionably a showstopper the way people cease and gawk at it,” Tarosky says, noting the teal entrance doorway that sets the energetic mood.
The 3-bed room, two-and-a-50 percent toilet urban oasis maximizes its footprint of 3,030 square ft. A very long, rectangular pool cuts via the middle of the U-shaped flooring system, a mid-century modern characteristic that provides every single room a watch of the h2o.

Akins describes the finished products as mid-century modern-day Renaissance with up to date furnishings and gold fixtures, encouraged in part by their European travels.
“We went for a bolder seem and preferred to have fun with it,” Akins claims. “It’s an extremely delighted, energetic house which is complete of great energy and up for just about anything.”
